Dear Association Members,

            Our Annual Business Meeting was held on Saturday, September 17 and I want to thank all those that took time to attend the meeting.   The ongoing law suit/settlement has been reached. We hope it will be signed off by the courts within the month. The settlement details will be posted on the private side on our website.

Shortly after the Annual Business meeting the board held its Organizational Meeting to vote and select the elected director’s positions. It was most unfortunate that we had 2 board members unable to serve their term. This left us with 2 vacancies that became appointed positions (*). The current members of the 2022/2023 Board of Directors are:

As the new President, I want to thank Mike Ernzen for his years of dedication and service to our community as President of the Wildwood Point HOA. There were many major accomplishments achieved during his time as President. I wish to also thank all those whom have served as board members and volunteered to better our community.

Open Board Meetings

Our open Board Meetings will be held the first Monday of each month at the Wildwood Point Clubhouse beginning promptly at 6:30 PM.
