To: Wildwood Point Homeowners

This letter is to inform all homeowners in the Wildwood Point neighborhood that the lawsuits listed
below has been resolved and settled to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. The lawsuits in
discussion are:

     Lawsuit #1: Wildwood Point Association vs. Lake Gaston Jet Ski, LLC and L&H Properties

     Lawsuit #2: L&H Properties and Lake Gaston Jet Ski, LLC vs. Wildwood Point Board of Directors and Board Members

• All property owners are encouraged to treat each other with respect while all properties owners
  share in the use of our common amenities.
• Please note that L&H Properties, LLC is a property owner of the Association and Lake Gaston Jet
  Ski, LLC has the right to use the boat ramps the same as any other property owner, Per the legal
  agreement on file with the Warren County Courts.
• L&H Properties, LLC is the owner of the piers that are adjacent to its property under permit
  number 7199.
