Greetings! It’s that time of year once again where we come together as a community to shape the future of our neighborhood. We have 3 spots on the board that need to be filled. There are 4 candidates running for 3 positions. Your participation in this process is crucial. Please take the time to review the 4 candidate’s profiles and consider who you believe would best serve the interests of our community. Your active involvement is what keeps our neighborhood vibrant and thriving.
In addition to the board member elections, it’s also the season for us to review and approve the budgets for the upcoming years, specifically for 2024 and 2025. As you may have noticed, some of our operating expenses have increased. To ensure we can continue to maintain the quality of life we all appreciate in Wildwood, there will be a proposal to increase our annual dues. Your input matters, and we encourage you to attend the HOA meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM, September 16th at the Wildwood Point clubhouse. This is your opportunity to voice your opinions and concerns regarding the budget and any proposed changes.
As summer draws to a close we’re planning to enhance our community infrastructure. After the pool season concludes in September, we have scheduled for the new roof to be installed on the clubhouse and gazebo. This improvement is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the amenities that make Wildwood very a desirable place to live.
We genuinely appreciate all of you for your continued support and engagement throughout the year. Our community thrives because of your involvement, and we look forward to seeing you at the upcoming HOA meeting on September 16th.
