Dear Wildwood Point Community,
We are thrilled to introduce two new board members, Renee Faller & Carla Domenech, who have been appointed to fill open terms. Their commitment will undoubtedly contribute to the betterment of our community. Currently, we are in the final phase of voting for the dues increase, set to conclude on February 10th, 2024. A heartfelt thank you goes to a generous homeowner whom donated funds towards the costs of the second mailing.

Our Treasurer, Molly Harper, deserves recognition for her exceptional work in aggressively collecting past delinquent HOA dues. A current list of delinquent account is available on the Members Only section of the website. Click on Delinquent Dues to see this list.

A gentle reminder to all property owners, please keep B&B Accounting updated with your current contact information, including mailing address, email, and phone numbers. The board is actively ensuring that everyone complies with our rules & regulations; legal assistance has been sought for this purpose. Furthermore, a dedicated team of residents is actively involved in reviewing and updating the Covenants & By-laws to effectively manage the community and uphold property values.
