Clubhouse Rental Information
Rental fees for the clubhouse are $100 per day with a $250 deposit. This increase was
recommended and voted upon by the residents of Wildwood Point Association at the June 24, 2023
Annual Membership Meeting.

Utility Trailer Rental
The WWP HOA has a 12 foot utility trailer with a loading ramp. Great for hauling mulch, furniture etc.
Not for long distance hauling.
Contact: Board member in charge of Pool and Grounds
The cost is $15/day. Utility trailer is expected to be return to the location it is remove from. Any
damages to the trailer are the responsibility of the property owner renting the trailer.
Trailer & Boat Storage
The Wildwood Point Association offers storage space for RV’s/Boats/Trailers inside the fenced area
to the right of the entrance of the Clubhouse. This service is offered to Association members in
good standing who wish to store their boats/jet skis (on trailers), trailers, or RV’s off their property.
While this is a fenced in, gated area and locked at nights, the Association, its officers and employees
shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, injury or death resulting from the storage of personal
property at the clubhouse storage lot. The fee for storage is $225/per year/per unit with the
anniversary of your year contract beginning 1 year from date of permit approval. All property stored
under this agreement shall conform to the following guidelines:
1. A $225 annual storage fee shall be paid with the permit application for approval prior to any
storage on the lot.
2. The property must be owned by a dues paying member in good standing.
3. The property shall display a current Wildwood Point Association decal with the legible lot
number on it.
4. The property shall have and display all current and up to date state required tags, registration
and insurance.
5. The owner shall be responsible for all towing, storage, disposal and legal fees associated with
failure to comply with the above guidelines.
You are required to park your trailer/RV in a manner that does not impede or block the use of the
garage or removal of other owner’s property stored in the area. This amenity is offered on a first-
come, first-served basis until the board determines the lot has reached desired capacity. Please
contact the board member in charge of Storage Lot Clubhouse Grounds before completing the
Storage Request Form to confirm availability.
